1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apstal Technologies ("Apstal") platform, neural analytics engine, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Apstal provides high-fidelity neural analytics and UX diagnostic tools. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the neural mapping algorithms or core engine logic.
• Using the platform to conduct unauthorized surveillance or violate local privacy laws.
• Bypassing security measures or automated rate limits (DDoS, scraping, etc.).
• Reselling access to the platform without explicit written authorization from Apstal Technologies.

3. AI-Generated Outputs & Implementation

Apstal provides predictive insights and automated code fix recommendations. While our neural engine maintains high accuracy, all AI-generated code and UX recommendations are provided "as-is".

• You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code generated by Apstal before deploying it to production.
• Apstal Technologies shall not be liable for system disruptions or revenue losses resulting from the implementation of automated recommendations.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. All activities performed under your account, whether authorized or not, are your sole responsibility. Apstal utilizes Supabase for secure identity management and does not store plaintext passwords.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, including the neural processing matrix, predictive models, UI components, and the Apstal brand, remains the exclusive property of Apstal Technologies. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to utilize the outputs generated for your specific registered domains.

6. Subscriptions, Refunds & Fair Use Policy

Apstal operates on a month-to-month subscription model. We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction, subject to our strictly enforced Fair Use Policy to prevent systemic abuse.

7. Termination of Service

Apstal Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in activity that poses a risk to system integrity or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apstal Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our neural platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apstal Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
